❗️IMPORTANT - Our website will not stop you placing an order if your suburb is not listed. If an order is placed without checking our delivery suburbs and/or before making prior arrangements with us and we are unable to facilitate the delivery, a refund will be issued. You will be advised of this via email within 24hrs of placing your order (or by the next business day if your order is placed on a weekend / public holiday) Credit Card refunds may take up to 10 days. AFTERPAY refunds will incur an administration fee of $5.00.

Frequently Asked Questions
We deliver to over 150 suburbs in Perth for a flat rate of $9.95.
We deliver Monday - Friday. Our deliveries generally start from 10am and will be made by 5pm for businesses and 6pm for residential addresses. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times due to our routes changing daily.
You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your gift has been delivered.
Should the recipient not be at home when we attempt to deliver we will leave the plant and/or gift in a shaded, safe area.
If we are unable to access a location or find a safe place to leave the delivery, we will return the items to the Greenify Co. studio and a re-delivery fee will apply. We do not refund in this instance.
For deliveries to apartments, the recipient's mobile number MUST be included when ordering - in the case of secure complexes, if we are unable to contact them via intercom or mobile, a text message will be sent and the gift will be returned to our studio and a re-delivery fee will apply.
Please be careful to include the correct delivery details.
Most hospitals have restrictions in regard to allowing plants on wards due to risk of infection or bacteria from the potting soil. For this reason we do not deliver to the major hospitals such as Royal Perth, Murdoch, Joondalup Public and SCGH.
Due to the sheer size of these facilities and the time required to make the delivery, we will only deliver to the main office / administration building. We do not deliver to specific blocks or departments. We also deliver to student accomodation, again only to the main reception.
