Prices and Product Availability

Prices shown on our website are the total price including any taxes.  Delivery is not included in the advertised price and will be added at checkout.

Due to the seasonal availability of indoor plant varieties, should the plant you have ordered not be available, Greenify Co. reserve the right to substitute with a similar option.  Similarly, should a gift item become unavailable we will substitute with a similar product of equal or higher value. Greenify Co. will make all reasonable efforts to keep our website updated. 

Please note that gift items can only be purchased as part of a gift bundle or as an add on item when purchasing a plant.

We deliver Monday to Friday for a flat rate fee of $9.95.  Please keep an eye on our website for delivery information for special days such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Christmas.

The current suburbs we deliver to are listed here.  Please check this list prior to placing an order.  Should you require a delivery to a suburb not listed, please contact us at and we will see what we can do.

Our deliveries generally start at 9am and will be made by 5pm for businesses and 6pm for residential addresses.  Should the recipient not be at home when we attempt to deliver we will leave the plant and/or gift bundle in a shaded, secure area.  Should we not be able to access a location or find a secure place to leave the delivery, we will return the items to the Greenify Co. studio and a re-delivery fee will apply. We do not refund in this instance.

Should an unexpected or unavoidable incident occur such as an accident, road closure or something else that prevents us delivering we will endeavour to redeliver the next day, there will be no re-delivery fee involved.

Refund and Cancellations

Client satisfaction is very important to us and we take great care to ensure your order is delivered on time and in the best possible condition.  Greenify Co. cannot be held responsible for the condition, loss or any damage to our plants, products and gift items after they have been delivered.  

If for some reason you are not completely happy with our service or product, please get in touch so we can try to rectify the situation.  Please ensure you contact us at within 24hrs if you believe there is a problem with your order so we can get straight to work on fixing it. Your satisfaction is our main priority.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind so please select carefully.

Subscription Cancellations – Our plant subscriptions are all pre-paid and are non refundable.  Please contact us ASAP at should you need to make any changes to the delivery address.
