Delivery T&C's
We currently deliver to 150+ suburbs throughout Perth for a flat rate of $9.95 - please check we deliver to your required suburb PRIOR to placing your order.
To ensure we are able to provide you with a seamless delivery service, please take a moment to read our T&C's below.
DELIVERY DETAILS
- It is your responsibility to provide us with complete and accurate delivery details - this includes the recipient's full name, correct address, local contact number, business name (if applicable) and any other details that will enable us to make a smooth and efficient delivery.
- Prior to finalising your order, it is your responsibility to check that we deliver to your required suburb.
- Should the recipient not be at home when we attempt to deliver we will leave the plant and/or gift in a shaded, safe area. If we are unable to access a location or find a safe place to leave the delivery, we will return the items to the Greenify Co. studio and a re-delivery fee will apply. We do not refund in this instance.
In the case of secure apartment complexes and gated properties, if we are unable to contact the recipient via intercom or mobile, a text message asking them to contact us will be sent and the gift will be returned to our studio. You will receive an email advising we were unable to deliver and we will then make alternate arrangements and a re-delivery fee of $9.95 will apply.
Client satisfaction is very important to us and we take great care to ensure your order is delivered on time and in the best possible condition however, Greenify Co. cannot be held responsible for the condition, loss or any damage to our plants, products and gift items after they have been delivered. In the warmer months, please be mindful of the damage extreme heat can cause to plants and perishables. Please consider arranging delivery to your recipient's workplace rather than their home if there will be no-one there to take it inside and out of the heat.
DELIVERY SUBURBS
We currently deliver to over 150 suburbs throughout Perth for a flat rate of $9.95. You can view our delivery suburbs HERE. If your suburb is not listed, please get in touch via email and we will do our best to help: hello@greenifyco.com.au
Please note that our website will not stop you placing an order to a suburb not listed, however, if you do place an order to one of these suburbs without making prior arrangements with us and we are unable to facilitate the delivery, your order may be cancelled and a refund processed. In this instance an administration fee of $5.00 will apply and you will be notified within 24hours or by the next business day.
DELIVERY TIMES
We offer same day delivery, Monday - Friday for orders placed prior to 10am. Alternatively, you can place an order with a delivery date up to one month in advance. Our deliveries generally start from 10am and will be made by 5pm for businesses and 6pm for residential addresses. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times due to our routes changing daily. You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your gift has been delivered.
Should an unexpected or unavoidable incident occur such as an accident, road closure or something else that prevents us delivering we will endeavour to redeliver the next day, there will be no re-delivery fee involved.
INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS
Please be careful to include the correct delivery details. If you supply the incorrect delivery address and we deliver as per your instructions, Greenify Co. take no responsibility for the error and will not collect, re-deliver or refund the order.
HOSPITALS
Most hospitals have restrictions in regard to allowing plants on wards due to risk of infection or bacteria from the potting soil. For this reason we do not deliver to the major hospitals such as Royal Perth, Murdoch, Joondalup Public and SCGH.
UNIVERSITIES, SCHOOLS & COLLEGES
Due to the sheer size of these facilities and the time required to make the delivery, we will only deliver to the main office / administration building. We do not deliver to specific blocks or departments. We also deliver to student accomodation, again only to the main reception.
